Blood & Treasure Publishing was born out of passion and a sober reminder of the true costs of war.
As a nation, we have repeatedly committed ourselves to conflict—often under false premises and in pursuit of ill-informed objectives. Through it all, young men and women have paid the ultimate price with their lives, or with their physical and mental well-being. At the same time, vast national wealth and financial stability have been sacrificed in pursuit of these goals, threatening the long-term prosperity relied upon by future generations.
While not inherently anti-war, Blood & Treasure Publishing exists to remain a constant voice advocating for peace. Through peace, we achieve continued national prosperity. Our elected officials would be wise to remember the true costs before committing soldiers to violence. War is ugly, and its realities should never be glorified—yet it is equally imperative that we never forget how and why we have fought in pursuit of freedom.

ABOUT THE Founder
Thomas Nace is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army Cavalry, having proudly served across 14 foreign nations over the course of three deployments and numerous overseas operations. He has spent his career preparing soldiers for combat while mentoring them before, during, and long after their return home.
Thomas founded the imprint to explore the shared veteran experience and create an independent platform for fellow military creators to publish work of their own design. Publishing a novel has been a lifelong ambition; he comes to the craft without academic pedigree or corporate publishing ties—just an uncompromising desire to write thought-provoking stories and share hard-earned perspective with the world.
In his debut novel, Prisoner of Fate, Thomas explores complex themes of duty, institutional trauma, and universal veteran realities. While the narrative draws parallels to his own service, the journey reflects a story shared by countless service members hanging up the uniform.
Thomas’ crowning achievement is being a father to his daughter, Leann. Join him on a continuing journey exploring fate, faith, and the underlying reasons we choose to keep fighting.
